The resistance furnace is the basic equipment of casting, heat treatment workshop. The resistance furnace temperature PID control system based on the neural network algorithm and combined with single chip computer was designed, and the continuous temperature adjustment of the resistance furnace was realized. The simulation and practical operation results show that compared with the conventional PID controller, the overshoot of the system is small, the response speed is fast, the adjustment precision is high, and the steady state is good, which can meet the requirements of the actual production process.
